Data Architecture

Our data model is a highly abstract, object-oriented design, flexible enough to capture all management information required for production accounting, trading & marketing, and financial management operations within this single architecture. Our enterprise-wide, data warehouse provides consistent, real-time, information to these business functions in your organization.

User Interface

We recognize that different business functions need to view the same data from different perspectives. A cornerstone of our platform is its configurable user interface that enables users to tailor what they see to their specific role. Role configuration consolidates access security, workflow control, menu contents and panel configuration. It achieves best-of-breed functionality, while maintaining the efficiency, consistency and clarity of a single common data source.

Technical Architecture

At Entero, we use advanced object-oriented principles and leading technology like Java™ and Oracle® to maximize the flexibility, performance and scalability of our software. With Oracle's commitment to web-based technologies and our use of Java and XML, Entero's software provides an ideal business platform.

Entero Data Providers

Entero has enabled the exporting of data from our system, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Both our reporting and exporting interfaces utilize Data Providers. Entero has built multiple Data Providers in every major areas of our software, which allows both Entero and our clients ease and sophistication for report and interface creation.

The Entero® MOSAIC™ application

Data Architecture

Our central database (and unified application) eliminates the inconsistencies and problems inherent with managing several applications (for budgeting, evaluations & acquisitions, and reserves management) or merging multiple spreadsheets. You can access global editing capabilities for the entire database, or user-specified entities. Four separate data views are available: evaluation, entity, zone, and participant.

User Interface

The MOSAIC worflow-based user interface adapts to your specific needs, at the corporate or user level. Your organization’s security requirements can be directly managed at the application level, providing read only, functional, and property access rights. The application’s flexibility and integration capability (with external public data sources, field data capture systems, accounting systems, and reservoir modeling systems) can help make your business processes more efficient, more accurate, and more responsive.

MOSAIC is an intuitive, robust application built with a Java™ front end and an Oracle® back end. Its auditable, proven economic engine calculates 5-10x faster than competitors’ engines, and handles all Canadian and U.S. jurisdictions, as well as international regimes.
