Stephen Remmington – President and Co-founderStephen Remmington, Co-founder of Entero is an expert in the areas of software development, management information, and business process design, with more than 28 years of related experience. In addition to his role as President and CEO of Entero, he plays an active role in system design. Prior to co-founding Entero, (formerly OmniVision Management Information Systems) as a principal at Deloitte & Touche, Stephen received in-depth exposure to organizations in a variety of industries including: oil and gas, manufacturing, processing, distribution, transportation, health care, construction, municipal government, and services. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from the University of Calgary, and is a Chartered Accountant (CA). Stephen has a Certification in Data Processing (CDP), an Information System Professional (ISP) designation and has also obtained a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation. Karen Lukacs – Executive VP Entero® ONE™Karen Lukacs has been a leader at Entero since March 1999. Karen was brought in to lead the Client Services group given her industry experience in software and business process implementations. Karen is now the Executive Vice President of Entero ONE. Karen has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Entero, Karen led the implementation of Entero’s products at one of Entero’s clients which is a large Tier 1 Oil and Gas company. While there, she also held key roles in the trading, budgeting, and accounting departments. Her experience as a Marketer and Supplier, Supply and Demand Analyst, Plant allocations accountant, Business Process Efficiency Expert and within the Corporate Budgeting process enables Karen to truly understand the client’s perspective, and to help them optimize their value and experience with Entero software products. She holds an Economics degree with a Management minor from the University of Calgary. |
Dave Romanzin – Chief Operating Officer, VP Product DevelopmentDave Romanzin is Entero’s Chief Operating Officer, VP Product Development and has been since 2001. As Chief Operating Officer, Dave leads the client relations, business development and product development. Dave Joined Entero in May 1995 as a System Developer and Designer. Previously, Dave worked as a Systems Analyst at Dome Petroleum (AMOCO) – leading client support and product development. Dave is an accomplished executive with over 22 years of progressive energy industry and software experience. Dave brings with him an understanding of client needs and the ability to transfer those needs into business decisions and designs. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary. Michael Lake – Executive VP Entero® MOSAIC™As one of the founders and CEO of Mosaic Integration Ltd, Mike Lake joined Entero as Executive Vice President for the Mosaic business unit when it was acquired in 2003. Prior to founding Mosaic Integration, Mike was a Venture Partner at privately held Launchworks, a source of launch capital for software and technology firms. Previously, Mike lead Western Canada Acquisitions and Divestitures for Gulf Canada Resources Ltd and prior to that, was a manager for Deloitte Management Consultants. Mike has over 15 years of oil and gas experience, with 10 years of experience in finance and software. He holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Civil Engineering degree from Queen’s University. Darcy Michailuck – VP Finance & AdministrationDarcy Michailuck joined the Entero team in October 2007 as Corporate Controller. Recognized as a strong leader with the ability to balance the needs of employees, clients and shareholders, Darcy was promoted to Vice President, Finance & Administration in December 2008. With over 9 years of experience within the software and services industry and over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, Darcy joined Entero from Intuit Canada, where he worked as Finance Manager within the Professional Accounting Solutions business unit. His primary responsibilities included working with other business leaders to enable client and revenue growth while ensuring resources were optimized for areas of opportunities. Darcy is excited to work with a privately held Canadian company with deep-rooted core values; a great track record for growth and unwavering commitment to clients and staff.
