Business Analysts

Although we hire Business Analysts for specific areas of expertise for our software offerings, in general, as an Entero Business Analyst, you are the primary and critical link between the external client and the internal Entero team.  Responsibilities typically include:

• Conducting regular status meetings with various external clients
• Communicating new client developments or requirements to other functional teams
• Scheduling timelines for projects and software upgrades
• Identifying, supporting, and resolving client software issues
• Involvement in design and other steering committees
• Working with Product Management, Development, and other teams to solve Entero’s clients needs

Specific areas of expertise we typically search out for include:

• Accounting – Designing and supporting accounting functionality within our offerings
• Marketing & Logistics – Designing and supporting product functionality specific to areas of the application such as contracts, pricing, scheduling, and reporting
• Technical – Designing and supporting various system interfaces and web applications from a technical and business requirement perspective
• Production Accounting – Designing and supporting Production Accounting functionality
• Petroleum Engineering – working with clients on their requirements for forecasting, evaluations, reserves, and budgeting

 Successful candidates for the Business Analyst role:

• Have educational and practical expertise within the specific Business Analyst role to be hired for (see Specific areas of expertise above)
• Are naturally client focused and have exceptional client service abilities and experience
• Have worked within the energy industry and/or an energy or similar software industry
• Possess a positive team-oriented attitude
• Have excellent communication and organizational ability
• Have implementation or project management experience
• Possess a results-oriented skill-set
