Stephen Remmington – President & Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO, Stephen Remmington develops and manages Entero’s corporate vision, business strategies, and overall operations. Stephen co-founded Entero in 1994 and has more than 31 years of experience in software development, information management, and business process design. As a key driver of the architectural direction of Entero’s software products, Stephen has rich industry knowledge and deep roots in commodities trading, processing, logistics, accounting, and risk management.
Prior to Entero, Stephen was a Principal at Deloitte Consulting (formerly Deloitte & Touche Management Consultants), where he received in-depth exposure to organizations in a variety of industries, including: oil and gas, manufacturing, processing, distribution, transportation, health care, construction, municipal government, and services. Stephen earned a BComm in Finance and Accounting from the University of Calgary, and is a Chartered Accountant (CA). He has achieved various professional designations throughout his career, including Certification in Data Processing (CDP), Information System Professional (ISP), and Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
Dave Romanzin – Chief Operating Officer, VP Product Development
Dave Romanzin has been Entero’s Chief Operating Officer and VP Product Development since 2001. As COO, Dave leads client relations, business development, and product development for Entero ONE. Prior to joining Entero in May 1995 as a System Developer and Designer, Dave worked as a Systems Analyst at Dome Petroleum (AMOCO) – leading client support and product development. Dave is an accomplished executive with over 24 years of progressive energy industry and software experience. He brings an understanding of client needs and the ability to translate those needs into business decisions and designs. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary.
Karen Lukacs – Executive VP, Entero® ONE™
Karen Lukacs joined Entero in 1999 and is responsible for the Entero ONE services group, including process implementations, professional services, and overall client experience. Karen began her career as a gas plant accountant, then became a supply analyst, budget and planning analyst, supply lead for ICG Propane, and then worked as a marketer for the NGL liquids group at Petro-Canada. Karen spent over 10 years in the oil and gas industry at Petro-Canada and also consulted for Keyera. Her last project at Petro-Canada was to lead the implementation of the Entero system for their NGL group. Karen has spoken at several Women In Leadership (WIL) forums and she actively participates in oil and gas industry events. She holds a BA in Economics with a Minor in Business Management from the University of Calgary.
Michael Lake – Executive VP, Entero® MOSAIC™
Mike Lake joined Entero in 2003 with the acquisition of Mosaic Integration, where he was one of the founders and CEO. As Executive Vice President at Entero, Mike leads the corporate sales and marketing functions and oversees the Mosaic business unit, which includes professional services, product development, and client satisfaction. Mike has more than 25 years of experience in oil and gas, software technology, and business advisory. Prior to Entero, Mike was employed with Gulf Canada, Norcen Energy Resources Ltd, Deloitte Consulting, and Launchworks. Throughout his career, Mike has been involved with start ups, strategic direction setting, corporate governance, acquisitions & divestitures, and B2B marketing. With his diverse background, Mike is able to clearly understand client needs and drive increased value and profitability for E&P organizations. Mike holds a BSc in Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Wesley Bot – Vice President, Entero® ONE™ Consulting
Wes Bot co-founded Entero in 1994 and is responsible for Entero ONE client implementations and application design. With over 25 years of experience in software technology, technical client services, and information management, Wes provides expertise in managing client technical requirements and determining business processes. Prior to Entero, Wes worked as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting (formerly Deloitte & Touche Management Consultants), where he developed software and consulted for a wide range of functional areas, including supply-chain management, logistics, activity-based costing, EDI, risk management, and accounting. Wes holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Darcy Michailuck – VP Finance & Administration
Darcy Michailuck has over 12 years of experience in the software industry and more than 25 years in finance and accounting. Darcy joined Entero in 2007 and was promoted to Vice President, Finance & Administration in 2008. In this role, Darcy oversees corporate accounting, financial reporting, and human resources. He is proud to be a part of a mature, privately held Canadian company with deep-rooted core values, and remains committed to ensuring continued scalable growth, while sustaining a balance between the needs of employees, clients, and shareholders. Prior to joining Entero, Darcy was with Intuit Canada for 7 years, where his last position was Finance Manager within the Professional Accounting Solutions business unit. Darcy holds a CMA designation.
