Happy Holidays from Entero! Welcome to the December issue of our online newsletter. This month's Entero Report provides our 'year in review' - a glance at all the exciting things that happened at Entero in 2011.

Of course, the holiday season is not complete without the gift of giving! To help us improve our client communications, we distributed a link to an online survey and those who responded were entered into our gift draw. Congrats to Warren Tippett from Westfire Energy for being the lucky winner of our highly coveted Entero holiday gift "bucket".

Entero ONE

This year, we have made significant progress to our Entero ONE product. We now have 10 clients live on E1 and the product has grown both in features and stability. No other system in the industry offers more breadth in functionality, including: production accounting, plant allocations, trading, marketing, product movement, inventory valuation, accounting, and general ledger. With Entero, this functionality is all on one single platform to help companies determine profitability from source to destination.

We have also finalized several new enhancements that were previously unavailable in V5, such as the Entero Library and integrated multi-tier application server. In addition, Entero now offers hosting services.

Entero ONE will be moving to our standard quarterly release schedule in 2012. Check our web site on support for more details in the New Year.

E1PA has had a number of successful implementations in 2011. We have completed registry submission and reports for Alberta and Saskatchewan, added Joint Venture and AFE functionality, and built additional interface capabilities. E1PA is being implemented in the United States for our allocations functionality to our clients' fractionation facilities, and once processed to purity products, it will be run operationally with our trading and marketing functionality – all on one system.

We continue to enhance our implementation methodology and training materials in 2012 to expedite the on-boarding experience for our new users. Read more E1PA client updates here.

The CAPPA conference in November was great, and we met with many companies who are looking for one system to manage their production accounting, plant allocations, and mid-streaming operations. Congratulations again to all the winners of Entero's digital photo frames and the grand prize winner of our Sony Reader.

We'll be providing more information around our upcoming E1PA professional development sessions in the New Year.

Entero ONE Trading & Marketing

E1TM is now live and being utilized for several clients with large operations in multiple commodities. Some of our E1 clients are new, and some have upgraded from a previous version. These clients love the customization of the screens, and the ability to immediately pull report data online.

This year, we built new industry interfaces (Rail Trac, Norman G. Jensen, etc.) to improve efficiency and expand the data sources that are available to our clients.

We are seeing tremendous demand for our E1 product, and have responded by developing improved project plans and accelerating our recruiting to meet the growth. We are anticipating seven E1 implementations to roll-out before Q3, 2012. Read more E1TM client news.

Entero Mosaic

Use of Entero Mosaic continues to accelerate in the market, with the addition of 24 new clients this year and Mosaic surpassing 600 users.

In September, we hosted our second annual Mosaic Knowledge Exchange at the Metropolitan Center and brought together over 100 industry attendees, representing 46 different oil and gas organizations. The theme this year was Sustaining Growth and our client presentations focused on ways to develop process excellence across different business functions, such as Reserves Management, A&D, and Planning. We expanded into the US early this year and had great conversations with various E&P companies about our solution offerings. So far, we've received great feedback and have had some early success. Like Canada, the US market is key to establishing Mosaic as the premier evaluations analysis and reporting software solution in the oil and gas industry. We will be including a number of US-focused enhancements and look forward to continuing the conversations in 2012.

Release Update

v2011.2 will be released in December 2011 and will include a variety of updates, with a focus on US-related functionality, performance enhancements, and changes to better facilitate Capital Planning and Budgeting. This release builds on a significant feature set already built out for our 2011.1 version – including new and enhanced data imports, infrastructure for international fiscal models, and numerous new reports.

Our planning and prioritizing for our v2012 release is ongoing and continues into the New Year. Mosaic's client service and product management staff are compiling client requests and feedback from v2010 and v2011, and this will be included as part of our priorities. Our ongoing product development is a matter of balancing the creation of entirely new features with continuous improvement to existing functionality, while listening closely to customer feedback and watching industry trends.

Entero Keeps Growing!

We celebrated 17 years in January and are expanding at one of the fastest rates in our history. We are seeking talented individuals to join our passionate and diverse team throughout our organization. Entero Gives Back

At Entero we are passionate about giving back to our community. Every year, we participate in various programs to support charities and non-profit groups. This year, some of the key initiatives were:

Calgary SAIT Polytechnic:

• Entero is a strong supporter of education and has donated Mosaic licenses to SAIT – to be used in the Petroleum Engineering curriculum
• We have also established a student scholarship in reservoir engineering for the Bachelor of Applied Technology Petroleum Engineering (BAPT) at SAIT's MacPhail School of Energy

CMA (Certified Management Accountants):

• Entero has been involved in the CMA Job Shadowing program since 2008 to provide students with an opportunity to learn about career opportunities in accounting

Calgary Corporate Challenge:

• This year marked Entero's 10th time participating in the CCC. Entero employees played in 25 events and finished 5th in the Blue Division
• Raised $2,800 for the Heart and Stroke Big Bike event in Princes Island Park

Partners for Life:

• Entero employees have donated blood since 2002, and have received 1st place in the Blood Donor Corporate Challenge for three consecutive years
• This year, Entero beat our pledge goal by 34% and donated 134 units of whole blood, plasma or platelets. This will impact a total of 402 lives.

United Way:

• Entero and its employees donated a total of $15,594.20
• We will also be volunteering on a regular basis at the Calgary Drop-In Center

Movember:

• Team Itchy & Scratchy consisted of 8 Entero employees who raised $4,065 to support the fight against prostate cancer
